We have bought 2 buildings each containing 4 apartments we have redesigned the inside and will finish the interiors to the British market.

They are only 150 meters from the sea and a public beach.

There is the Iberotel Palma beach Hotel only 300 meters away and you can use their facilities and beach.

There are 2 public beaches within 150 beaches and it is possible to set up a kite school or diving centre on these beaches.

 

             

The apartments are 110 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one with an en suite, an open plan lounge and kitchen area, the main bathroom does have a bath and the en suite a shower. Each bedroom has a balcony and so does the lounge.

The is a very large area of landscabed gardens with a private swimming pool.

The staircase is enclosed and all owners will have access to the roof terrace which will have amazing views. 

The 110 square meters is net and does not include the stairs I mention this because the Egyptian way of measuring includes the a % of the communal areas including the staircase.

The annual maintenance charge is 9270 EGP per annum and this includes a full time member of staff dedicated to locking after these 8 apartments, the swimming pool for the sale use of these 8 apartments and 24 hours security on site for these 8 apartments.
